Job summary

CLM Midwest is seeking experienced maintenance technicians to join our field team in the greater NW Chicago region and surrounding Milwaukee area. The role covers general maintenance for commercial facilities, focusing on plumbing and related trades, with opportunities to service large brands.

You will work on reactive and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and two-person projects, with an orientation at our River Grove HQ.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial maintenance experience in multi-family or municipal settings.
• Preferred plumbing license.
• Familiar with maintenance tools and equipment; able to drive between sites.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Cover territory of roughly 1–2 hour radius from home.
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, tile work, drywall repair.
• Communicate with support team via app to respond to work orders.
• Prepare scope of work with time estimates and materials.
• Participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
