Job summary

CLM Midwest is a regional commercial facility maintenance contractor seeking experienced maintenance technicians to join our field team in the greater NW Chicago region, with territory coverage from home. We focus on plumbing, electrical, painting, tile work, and general maintenance for commercial and multi-family properties.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial maintenance, familiarity with tools, and a valid plumbing license (preferred).

Qualifications

2+ years commercial maintenance experience in commercial, multi-family, medical, or municipal settings.
Preferred plumbing license.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to travel to multiple locations and pass background checks.
Flexible availability including overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Cover assigned territory of approximately 1 to 2 hour radius from home.
Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, tile work, drywall repair.
Communicate with support team via app to respond to work orders and IVR check-in.
Utilize troubleshooting to determine necessary repairs.
Prepare job scope and time/material estimates for account management.
Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends) ~1 week every 4–6 weeks.
