Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and technical duties, including plumbing, construction, installation, repair, and general maintenance of buildings and systems
• Use in-depth plumbing expertise to troubleshoot, design, and implement maintenance solutions
• Read and interpret plans and drawings; assess projects, and design and layout work
• Complete tasks efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Estimate and requisition time, materials, and equipment needed for projects
• Conduct field inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with City policies
• Provide technical support to supervisors, lead team members, and respond to public inquiries courteously
• Remain on-call for emergencies and ensure adherence to workplace safety practices
• Other duties as assigned
