Job summary

Diversus Health Inc in Colorado Springs seeks a Maintenance Technician II to keep facilities safe, functional, and welcoming through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This full-time, non-exempt role performs preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, coordinates vendor visits, and conducts monthly life-safety inspections.

Evening, weekend, and on-call coverage may be required; primary site designated, with potential assignment to other Diversus

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Good mechanical ability with formal training or experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform general inspections, repairs, and maintenance to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor visits and repairs.
• Perform monthly life safety and maintenance inspections.
• Investigate alarms and respond to on-call maintenance duties.
• Maintain records and reports on preventive maintenance and work orders.
