Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Commercial Estimator - Plumbing in Greensboro, NC to analyze commercial plumbing plans and produce detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for plumbing scopes supporting care-focused facilities and partner projects.

You will review documents, perform quantity takeoffs, compare quotes, and collaborate with operations and project leadership to refine estimates and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications
