Synectics Inc. is seeking a seasoned Commercial Plumbing Estimator to lead cost assessments for large-scale plumbing projects in Las Vegas, NV.

You will review drawings, perform takeoffs, and assemble competitive bid packages to help win commercial contracts. Ideal candidates bring at least a decade of estimating experience, strong reading of technical drawings, and proven ability to manage multiple estimates against tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial plumbing estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Experience with material takeoffs, labor costing, and bid preparation.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet tight deadlines.
