Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in the plumbing industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
• Solid budgeting and P&L management.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Residential plumbing experience and hands-on leadership.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing division, ensuring top-tier service and job quality.
