Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the plumbing industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
• Contractor’s License preferred but not required.
• Strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing.
• Solid budgeting and P&L management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing division, ensuring top-tier service and job quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of plumbers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Set and track departmental goals, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and identify areas for operational improvements.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management to ensure the department’s financial success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and success.
