ProSkill is seeking a dynamic Plumbing Department Manager to lead our plumbing division in Anthem, AZ. You will drive high‑quality job execution, mentor a team of plumbers, and steer the department toward profitability and revenue targets.

This in‑person role covers scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management, safety, training, and continuous improvement with senior leadership on growth. A strong residential plumbing background is required; a contractor’s license is preferred.

• At least 5 years of management experience in plumbing.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results.
• Contractor’s license preferred but not required.
• Strong hands‑on experience in residential plumbing.
• Solid budgeting and P&L management understanding.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Department Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our plumbing division. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality job execution, effective team leadership, and driving the department toward profit and revenue targets.

This is an in person role in Anthem, AZ - We will be moving to N 19th Ave Phoenix AZ 85027

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing division, ensuring top-tier service and job quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of plumbers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Set and track departmental goals, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and identify areas for operational improvements.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and P&L (Profit and Loss) management to ensure the department’s financial success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the plumbing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
• Contractor’s License (preferred but not required).
• Strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and P&L management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and address challenges efficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
