Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a Plumbing Manager to lead the plumbing division and drive profitability. You will manage field operations, mentor plumbers, and align goals with company growth and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, budgeting, and strong communication as the division expands within the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in the plumbing industry.
• Knowledge of P&L and job costing required.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
• Contractor’s License (preferred but not required).
• Strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing.
• Budgeting and P&L management understanding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and address challenges.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing division, ensuring top-tier service and job quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of plumbers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Set and track departmental goals, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and identify areas for operational improvements.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and P&L (Profit and Loss) management to ensure the department’s financial success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and success.
