Top Rank Plumbing is hiring an experienced Plumbing Comfort Advisor in Carmichael, CA to help clients choose reliable services, close deals, and grow with a fast-moving team. This 1099 contract role requires diagnosing plumbing issues, presenting tailored service options, and bidding projects.

You’ll build relationships, upsell upgrades, and contribute to the company’s success as you advance in the trade. Schedule is 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with weekend, on-call, and overtime hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing experience.
• 2+ years of plumbing sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to serve Sacramento, El Dorado, and the surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to sell reliable services and demonstrate why we're the best choice for the job.
• Diagnose issues with plumbing systems and present tailored service options.
• Sell additional upgrades or new equipment when appropriate.
• Prepare and submit competitive project bids and close sales deals.

Role: Plumbing Comfort Advisor (1099 contract)

Location: Carmichael, CA

Pay: $100,000 - $200,000 annual earning potential

Schedule: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with weekend, on-call, and overtime hours available

Your Day-to-Day:

As our Plumbing Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with clients to sell reliable services and demonstrate why we're the best choice for the job. With a professional, confident attitude, you'll diagnose issues with plumbing systems, present tailored service options to clients, and sell additional upgrades or new equipment when appropriate. You'll prepare and submit competitive project bids and close sales deals to bring new jobs to the company. Speaking with prospective customers, you'll empower them to make the best decisions for their system and budget. Ideal Plumbing Comfort Advisor:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
