Qualifications

• Proven sales and closing experience, including high-ticket plumbing solutions.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to explain complex plumbing problems in simple terms.
• Goal-oriented, organized, professional, and self-motivated.
• Texas plumbing license required for applicable plumbing work.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Plumbing Advisor to join our team. This is a key revenue-driving position for a plumbing professional who can identify customer needs, recommend the right solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation:$100,000+ annuallyfor high-performing Plumbing Advisors. There is no artificial ceiling on earning potential.

This individual can clearly explain plumbing needs, build customer trust, and confidently guide homeowners and business decision-makers toward the right solutions.
