Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to serve residential customers throughout the Inland Empire. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while providing honest, professional advice to homeowners. What Success Looks Like

On a daily basis, you will drive a fully stocked, company-provided service truck to scheduled residential appointments. You will diagnose plumbing issues, explain the repair or replacement options clearly to the customer, and perform the work safely and efficiently.

Over time, success in this role means building lasting trust with our customers, maintaining a high standard of workmanship that meets local codes, and collaborating with our dispatch and leadership teams to keep operations running smoothly. You will also participate in a fair on-call rotation to ensure our customers are supported when emergencies arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and perform high-quality service, repair, and installation.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, sewer, and gas systems.
• Provide customers with clear, accurate estimates and explain technical plumbing options in plain language.
• Ensure all completed work meets current plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.

What You Need to Bring (Must-Haves)

• Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on residential plumbing service and repair experience.
• Tools: Your own set of basic plumbing hand tools (specialty equipment and major tools are company-provided).
• License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimal DMV infractions).
• Availability: Ability to work weekends and cover one on-call night shift weekly.
• Communication: Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools, such as sewer cameras and electronic leak detection equipment.
• Active plumbing certifications, trade school credentials, or specialized training.
