Job summary

Karber Corporation (K CORP) is hiring a full-time Plumbing NOC in Phoenix, AZ to diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, install fixtures, and perform preventive maintenance. You will support drains, water heaters, valves, and related equipment while maintaining tools and safety standards.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED, a strong work ethic, and a desire to build a long-term plumbing career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous plumbing, construction, mechanical, or trade experience preferred but not required.
• Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade and develop a long-term career.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with diagnosing and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
• Support installation, maintenance, and replacement of plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, valves, and related equipment.
• Learn to perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with drain cleaning, leak detection, and system troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and jobsite requirements.
• Complete required paperwork, service reports, and documentation accurately.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers and building occupants.
• Participate in training programs and apprenticeship development opportunities.

• Ability to work in varied weather conditions is common to Arizona.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Bluebeam, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of system integrations (API).

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or skilled trades industry.
• Familiarity with the Service Titan or equivalent (EOS) software .
• Proficiency with service management or ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, and as a team member.
