Job summary

AllTech Services, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice / Junior Technician in Sterling, VA. Entry-level applicants are welcome; candidates with up to 2 years of plumbing or field service experience will be considered.

We’ll teach you the rest and invest in your growth. We offer full-time, year-round work with competitive pay that increases as you skill up, plus 80% company-paid healthcare, 80 hours of PTO in year one, and education reimbursement for approved local trade schools.

Qualifications

• Under 2 years of plumbing or field service experience (drain cleaning, basic installs, or residential helper experience welcome)
• Basic understanding of trade tools and safety practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong back, solid work ethic, and a no-quit attitude
• Willingness to learn our systems, follow directions, and respect the crew and customer
• Drive to refine your skill set and level up quickly
