AllTech Services, Inc. in Sterling, VA is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice / Junior Technician. Entry-level experience is welcome and we’ll teach you the rest, investing in your growth and licensure.

You’ll join a tight-knit team, receive hands-on mentoring from licensed master technicians, and advance from within. We offer full-time year-round work, education reimbursement, 80 hours PTO, and strong benefits as you develop your trade.

Qualifications

• Under 2 years of plumbing or field service experience (drain cleaning, basic installs, or residential helper experience welcome).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic understanding of trade tools and safety practices.
• Strong back, solid work ethic, and a no-quit attitude.
• Willingness to learn our systems, follow directions, and respect the crew and customer.
