AdvantaServ is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. You will install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and provide repair or replacement recommendations while communicating clearly with customers at their homes.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth, with opportunities for cross-training and continual training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Apprentice (2+ years) or Journeyman license (or actively pursuing it).
• Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with tools of the trade.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose issues with water, drain, or gas lines and perform effective repairs
• Perform system inspections and provide repair or replacement recommendations
• Be comfortable talking with customers in their home about findings, options, and solutions
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations in ServiceTitan
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner

• Wide variety of work, including everything from drain cleaning, service calls and new installations

Requirements:

• MUST be a team player, willing to support the team and balance the variety of job types and tasks
• MUST be able to pass regular drug testing; be open to background checks; and have a valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
  
• MUST be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays
• MUST have excellent customer service skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
