J. Blanton Plumbing is hiring Plumber Apprentices to grow their skills through hands-on training with a team of expert plumbers. You will assist with service work, repairs, diagnostics, and installations while learning the trade on the job.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1.5 years of experience, an apprentice card, and a willingness to learn. Valid driver’s license and sponsorships are available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
• Apprentice card required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work in confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes.
• Support installation and maintenance of water supply systems.
• Help diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks and clogged drains.
• Learn to install and service fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and ejector pumps.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job site.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
