Plumbing Connection is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Installer to travel within a 30-mile radius of Gastonia, NC, installing residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a company vehicle, paid drive time, and added incentives for upselling services.

You will follow NC/SC plumbing codes, maintain professional conduct, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of the NC/SC plumbing code.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Punctuality and commitment to doing your best every day.
• Preferred qualifications: Trade certifications.
• Customer service skills/experience.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new software.
• Working knowledge of tank/tankless water heaters and various piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and businesses to install plumbing/piping systems.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

In this role, you'll travel to clients' homes and businesses to accurately install various plumbing and piping systems. You'll plan, stage, and complete pre-approved installations while following all regulations and company quality standards. Treating clients and their spaces respectfully, you'll provide great customer service and thoroughly clean your work area when you're done. You'll also have the ability to sell additional services or upgrades yourself, giving you the opportunity to increase your paycheck through incentives!
