Horne Heating and Air Conditioning in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to join our growing plumbing department. You will install complete residential plumbing systems and water heaters, while delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Experience installing complete residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to independently complete installation projects.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install complete residential plumbing systems for remodeling and replacement projects.
• Replace conventional and tankless water heaters.
• Install whole-home water filtration and water treatment equipment.
• Complete residential repipe projects.
• Install water supply lines, drain systems, fixtures, and related plumbing components.
• Verify installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout each project.
• Maintain accurate job documentation.
• Keep work vehicles stocked, clean, and organized.
• Deliver professional workmanship that reflects the Horne reputation.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call schedule

Compensation: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience, plus commissions, bonuses, and incentive pay

Annual Earning Potential: $70,000 to $100,000+ | Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

Pay and Benefits
