Job summary

Plumbing Connection is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Installer to travel within a 30-mile radius of Gastonia, NC, installing residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a company vehicle, paid drive time, and added incentives for upselling services.

You will follow NC/SC plumbing codes, maintain professional conduct, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of the NC/SC plumbing code.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Punctuality and commitment to doing your best every day.
• Preferred qualifications: Trade certifications.
• Customer service skills/experience.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new software.
• Working knowledge of tank/tankless water heaters and various piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and businesses to install plumbing/piping systems.
• Plan, stage, and complete pre-approved installations while following regulations and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and keep work area clean.
• Possibly upsell additional services or upgrades.
• Maintain respectful interactions with customers and their spaces.
