Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role focuses on installing complete residential plumbing systems for remodeling and replacement projects, working directly with homeowners to ensure quality workmanship.

Qualified candidates typically have at least two years of residential plumbing experience, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install complete residential plumbing systems for remodeling and replacement projects.
• Replace conventional and tankless water heaters.
• Install whole-home water filtration and water treatment equipment.
• Complete residential repipe projects.
• Install water supply lines, drain systems, fixtures, and related plumbing components.
• Verify installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout each project.
• Maintain accurate job documentation.
• Keep work vehicles stocked, clean, and organized.
• Deliver professional workmanship that reflects the Horne reputation.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call schedule

Compensation: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience, plus commissions, bonuses, and incentive pay

Annual Earning Potential: $70,000 to $100,000+ | Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

Pay and Benefits

• Install complete residential plumbing systems for remodeling and replacement projects
