Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; relocation/travel may be needed.
• Experience leading SAP implementations and ERP projects with governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership required.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile, SAP Activate preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope aligned with business goals and ensure efficient delivery.
• Coordinate sprint planning and maintain client relationships at multiple levels.
• Evaluate deliverables and adopt new methodologies for better outcomes.
• Identify risks and embed quality planning with QA teams.
• Develop estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation and support team development.
