Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 in the US to drive ERP project delivery, aligning objectives with business goals and coordinating across client stakeholders and technical teams. The role emphasizes governance in Teamcenter PLM, RAID management, and proactive risk mitigation to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

You will manage budgets, develop estimates, and contribute to proposals while guiding resource planning and performance development within a global engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field.
• Relocation and travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client reps.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks with QA teams and embed quality planning.
• Develop estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and foster team development.
