Job summary

Miniat Holdings LLC seeks a PLM & Product Data Manager to own the PLM platform (Infor Optiva) and product-data standards across Miniat Meats and South Chicago Packing. You will lead data governance, workflows, and change control to improve accuracy and compliance.

Reporting to leadership, you will guide the Regulatory Specialist and collaborate with IT, QA, and operations to support launches, audits, and label approvals, while driving PLM adoption and data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant experience.
• 7+ years in PLM, product data, regulatory, or related areas in regulated environments.
• Experience leading PLM, master-data, workflow, governance and data cleanup efforts.
• Familiarity with product specs, ingredients, nutrition data, labels, claims and approvals.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the PLM platform, data standards, governance, roles, access, workflows and roadmap.
• Collaborate with IT on configuration, testing, releases, security, integrations and reporting.
• Set standards for formulas, ingredients, nutrition data, labels, claims and records.
• Improve data quality via required fields, rules, reviews, and accountability.
• Lead data cleanup of incomplete or duplicate product records.
• Design PLM workflows for setup, development, approvals, and changes.
