Zusammenfassung

Miniat Holdings LLC is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to support product compliance and data activities across Miniat and South Chicago Packing. You will prepare labels, nutrition information, certifications, and related records in Infor PLM for Process, coordinating with cross-functional teams and escalating complex issues as needed.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in food labeling/regulatory affairs, with strong documentation and Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
• 3+ years in food labeling, regulatory affairs, or related function in USDA/FDA environment
• Experience reviewing labels, ingredients, formulas, or related technical records
• Knowledge of labeling standards, ingredients, certifications, or packaging compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently after training
• Strong written communication and detail orientation
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related systems

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain product labels, ingredient statements, allergen declarations, nutrition information, and regulatory records
• Review formulas, ingredients, processing information, specs, and label proofs for compliance
• Prepare USDA label submissions and maintain approval records
• Research and support product and marketing claims (natural, gluten-free, sustainability)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain missing information and complete changes
• Create/update raw material, packaging, formula, and finished product specs in Infor PLM for Process
• Maintain accurate product data, labels, claims, certifications, and related records
• Support data cleanup and continuous improvement of product-information practices
• Administer assigned product certifications, packaging compliance docs, and renewals
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare summaries for review
• Assist audits by organizing records and compliance evidence
