Job summary

Miniat seeks a PLM & Product Data Manager to own the PLM platform (Infor PLM for Process) and manage product data standards across Miniat Meats and South Chicago Packing. You will lead regulatory reviews for labeling, nutrition, and claims while guiding the Regulatory Specialist.

You will partner with IT for configuration, testing, and reporting, and define information requirements, approvals, and data-handling standards. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong data and regulatory foundations.
• Progressive PLM and product-data experience in regulated environments.
• Experience leading data governance, workflows, and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own PLM platform, product-data standards, governance, and workflows.
• Partner with IT on configuration, testing, releases, and reporting.
• Set standards for formulas, ingredients, labels, certifications, and records.
• Improve data quality and lead data-cleanup initiatives across records.
• Lead PLM workflow design for setup, development, approvals, and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches.
• Resolve data issues that cause delays or compliance risk.
• Maintain procedures, maps, training, and user guidance.
• Supervise and develop regulatory staff; provide leadership without direct reports.
