You will travel domestically and internationally to gather requirements, collaborate with global teams, and drive product lifecycle excellence. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to influence stakeholders and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of PLM experience with hands-on Windchill proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support PLM solutions with Windchill leadership.
• Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and deploy PLM solutions.
• Develop and document test cases to validate requirements.
• Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization for high-quality PLM data.
• Support KPI maturity roadmaps and metric development.
• Work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
