Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Seattle, WA seeks PLM Developers across junior to senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations and AI-powered extensions for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM. You’ll work in a blended onshore–offshore team and contribute to a scalable software factory.

You’ll design, implement, test, and mentor within CI/CD processes, using ITK/SOA/Active Workspace, and collaborate across geographies to deliver complex components.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Siemens Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace) required.
• AI-assisted development and build of agent-ready services/APIs.
• CI/CD with testing and security validation.
• Distributed onshore–offshore delivery with shared standards.

Responsibilities

• Build Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace / AWC).
• Use AI-assisted development (AI pair-programming, test generation) and build agent-ready services / APIs.
• Implement integrations and migration utilities to technical design.
• Write testable, documented code; unit-test and support performance/security validation within CI/CD.
• Work within a distributed onshore–offshore team to shared standards; mentor more junior staff.
