Capgemini Engineering is hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate and senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions and integrations on a large, complex PLM modernization for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM, within a blended onshore–offshore team and an AI-Powered software factory.

Your Role: Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace to support complex business and engineering requirements; build AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, AW C).
• Owns complex extensions and agent-ready services; mentors; deep Teamcenter.
• Uses AI-assisted development and builds agent-ready services/APIs as needed.
• Implements integrations and migration utilities to design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions.
• Build and enhance AI-assisted services and APIs.
• Write testable, documented code; unit-test and CI/CD validation.
• Collaborate in an onshore–offshore team; mentor junior staff.
