Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Seattle/Bellevue is seeking a PLM Developer to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions, and integrations for a major aerospace & defense PLM modernization. The role uses ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace within a blended onshore–offshore team and an AI-powered software factory.

You will design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter components, write testable code, and contribute to CI/CD, with senior engineers mentoring on complex modules and standards.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years in Teamcenter customizations/extensions (ITK, SOA, AW/AWC).
• Owns complex extensions; mentors; deep Teamcenter experience.
• Uses AI-assisted development and builds agent-ready services/APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and AW/AWC.
• Build AI-assisted services and APIs for the PLM modernization project.
• Write testable code; unit-test; support CI/CD performance and security validation.
• Collaborate in a distributed onshore–offshore team and mentor junior staff.
