Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Deep understanding of ECO, MCO, and DCO processes.
• Ability to influence teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage change requests and drive them through review.
• Own and improve BOM accuracy across products.
• Act as primary system owner for the PLM platform.
• Document iterations and ensure audit-readiness.

Skills

Strong experience in manufacturing or engineering environments

PLM experience (Arena strongly preferred)

ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)

Proven ability to manage BOM structure and accuracy

Ability to project manage complex cross-functional change initiatives

Strong documentation, organization, and version-control skills
