Job summary

Power Systems MFG LLC in Jupiter, FL seeks a seasoned Configuration Management professional to lead BOM structure, manage engineering changes, and own PLM processes for global growth. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain and commercial teams, applying best practices and ensuring CM compliance across tools.

Responsibilities include leading CM activities, monitoring change data, and driving continuous improvement while promoting a safe EHS culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with CM/engineering experience.
• 8+ years of CM/engineering experience in design/manufacturing environments.
• Read and interpret BOMs, drawings and specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all CM activities.
• Own and enhance BOM structure and usage across levels.
• Collaborate with engineering for product changes and best practices.
• Own, drive and lead PLM processes and tools for global growth.
• Formulate procedures for engineering change introductions.
• Monitor change data and ensure CM policy compliance.
• Promote safe working environment through EHS initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
