Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Operator to operate machinery in a manufacturing setting, following SOPs and GMPs to ensure product quality and output. The position runs on the 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), with 40 hours per week. Weekend and overtime may be needed based on business needs.

Responsibilities include matching labels to batch records, basic machine troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and accurate data entry, while adhering to safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and Nestle’s Life Saving Rules.

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of common machine faults and routine maintenance per operator's manuals.
• Load, unload, set-up, clean, adjust and disassemble machinery as required.
• Maintain high attention to detail for procedures and accurate documentation.
• Report damage or inconsistent materials to supervisor or lead.
• Contribute to overflow jobs in the operations department as needed.
• Enter data accurately using paper records, electronic devices, PC hardware/software, and iPads.
• Adhere to cGMP and SOPs to meet manufacturing standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
