DSJ Global is seeking a hands-on PLC Technician to support automation and maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs, write Ladder Logic, and improve control logic to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs.
• Strong understanding of Ladder Logic.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, and related automation systems.
• Write and modify basic PLC programs (Ladder Logic).
• Analyze existing control logic and implement improvements.
• Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Execute preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose electrical systems including 3-phase power up to 480V, variable voltage, and 4-20mA circuits.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals.
