Job summary
Chiyoda Usa Corporation is seeking a PLC Technician responsible for programming, troubleshooting, modification, and maintenance of PLC systems across our manufacturing lines. The role requires strong Boolean logic skills and experience with ladder logic, HMIs, and safety circuits to minimize downtime and improve OEE.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, modify & debug PLC programs for injection/blow molding, robotics, conveyors and automation.
- Apply Boolean algebra to design and troubleshoot control sequences, interlocks, timers and machine logic.
- Create & modify HMI screens to provide real-time machine status and control interfaces.
- Implement and maintain safety circuits and interlocks for safe operation.
- Read electrical schematics, ladder logic diagrams, and PLC documentation to support troubleshooting and repair.
