Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience programming and troubleshooting Siemens PLC systems is required.
• Experience with Siemens TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC, and HMI development preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machine controls, sensors, drives, and automation equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Lavonia, GA.

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Siemens PLCs, HMI systems, and industrial control systems
• Support production and maintenance by diagnosing and resolving automation and equipment issues
• Implement automation improvements to increase machine reliability, efficiency, and productivity
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and control system enhancements
