Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Jenison, Michigan, is seeking a PLC Programmer to design and develop PLC logic for manufacturing equipment and to troubleshoot automation systems in an active production environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), proficiency in ladder logic, structured text and function block diagram, plus experience with HMI/SCADA and industrial protocols like Ethernet/IP, Profinet or Modbus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of PLC programming experience in manufacturing with Allen-Bradley or Siemens.
Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.

Responsibilities

Develop and program PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs, HMI, and robotic systems to resolve production issues.
