The Pivot Group Network is actively seeking experienced PLC Programmers in Allendale, MI, to support partner manufacturers in West Michigan. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems, with emphasis on quality and reliability.

Candidates should have 3+ years of PLC experience (Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi), ladder logic and HMI/SCADA exposure, and the ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs in a manufacturing environment (Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
• Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and other PLC languages.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and configuration.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
• Configure and integrate HMI applications for operator interface.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to define system requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of control system components.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
