Qualifications

• 3+ years experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system development and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).

Responsibilities

• Designs, programs, and tests PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex electrical and programming issues on production lines.
• Develops and maintains HMI applications for machine control and data visualization.
• Collaborates with engineering and production teams to define control system requirements.
• Implements and optimizes industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Creates and updates technical documentation, including electrical schematics and program comments.
