The Pivot Group Network is actively connecting Grand Haven, MI employers with skilled PLC Programmers. This role focuses on developing and maintaining PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems, troubleshooting and integrating HMI interfaces, and collaborating with engineers to optimize performance.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).

Competenze

3+ years of experience programming PLCs in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text and Function Block Diagram.
Experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting industrial control systems; HMI/SCADA is a plus.

Mansioni

Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs and control systems.
Configure and integrate HMI applications for operator interface and control.
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and upgrades on control systems.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machine performance.
Create and maintain documentation for PLC programs and configurations.
