Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of PLC programming experience in manufacturing settings.
• Proficient in ladder logic, structured text and function block programming.
• Familiar with EtherNet/IP, PROFINET or Modbus TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test PLC programs for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug PLCs to resolve production issues.
• Modify PLC code to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to define control requirements.
• Develop and maintain HMI applications for operator control.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of control components.
• Create and update documentation for PLC programs and systems.
