Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician with PLC knowledge for its Minnesota facility. The role offers $33-$40 per hour on either the 1st or 2nd shift, with a typical 45-hour work week and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic and PLC-driven equipment, coordinate downtime with production, and document all work meticulously. Qualified candidates bring at least 3 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong electrical/hydraulic/Pneumatic skills, ability

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
Technical training or certification in hydraulics, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify signs of malfunction.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery running at peak levels.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and components using schematics and drawings.
Coordinate with the production team to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Document all maintenance and repair work with accurate records.
Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and stocked with tools and supplies.
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to share knowledge and solve complex problems.
