Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a skilled Maintenance PLC Technician to join our growing maintenance team in Mountain Home, AR. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, and support

Qualifications

Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is required.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
