Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician with PLC knowledge for our Minnesota facility. You will perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.

First or second shift options with $33-$40 per hour and a $2 shift premium on 2nd shift. We value safety, documentation of maintenance work, and strong problem-solving with teamwork to keep heavy manufacturing equipment running smoothly and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a maintenance technician role in manufacturing
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems
• Technical training or certification in hydraulics or maintenance preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safety protocols and physical stamina

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment at peak performance
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and components using schematics
• Coordinate with production to schedule repairs and minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Document maintenance and repairs with accurate records
• Maintain organized maintenance area and tools
