Job summary
Worthington Enterprises is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across the facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and work with PLCs and HMIs. The role requires a hands-on, safety-conscious problem-solver with a strong electrical background.
English reading and communication with supervisors is essential. We offer overtime pay, quarterly profit sharing, a rotating schedule with every other weekend off,
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with electrical and PLC skills.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Proficient in reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Hands-on experience with meters and measurements.
- Ability to pass an electrical board and PLC programming assessment.
- CPR/First Aid/Lockout-Tagout/Fall protection training may be required.
- Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions and communicate with the team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and machine adjustments.
- Complete welding and fabrication tasks.
- Enter maintenance data accurately and promptly.
