Job summary

Worthington Enterprises in Chilton, WI is seeking Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems across our facility. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and requires knowledge of machine repair, ladder logic interpretation, and ability to program HMIs.

Ideal candidates have strong electrical and PLC manufacturing background, good problem solving and safety practices, and are able to complete an electrical/PLC hands-on assessment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.
• CPR and first aid training may be required.
• Lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, confined space training.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks.
• Enter data into maintenance system accurately.
• Perform advanced electricity in maintenance tasks safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
