Job summary

Master Fluid Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment in a dynamic environment. You will troubleshoot using electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic skills while performing essential facility maintenance.

The role requires a 2-year electrical or technical degree with hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, plus strong electrical and mechanical abilities and PLC knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year Electrical or Technical degree and maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have mechanical and electrical skills.
• A strong knowledge of PLC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment in a fluid environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic skills.
• Perform facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, heating/air, etc.
• General facility repairs (painting, roof repair, snow removal).
• Replace equipment and install new equipment as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Demonstrate required technical skills for the job (Electrical, Welding, Piping, Woodworking, Plumbing, HVAC, PLC).
• Demonstrate tools and procedures for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Support routine grounds upkeep and dock area tasks.
