Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Electrical troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting required.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of motors, sensors, relays, VFDs and controls.
- Ability to work day, evening or overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, sensors, relays, relays, and drives.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and identify faults in inputs, outputs, sensors, and machine sequences.
- Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks according to schedules.
- Respond to breakdowns with safe and timely repairs.
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals and blueprints.
- Support installations, upgrades, startups, and continuous improvement projects.
- Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS or work orders.
- Follow lockout/tagout, electrical safety and plant safety procedures.
