Job summary

Diversified Automation, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Controls PLC Programmer to develop, test, implement, and commission PLC programs for conveyor systems and related equipment in the Material Handling Industry.

You will work with RSLogix/ControlLogix, and industrial networks to meet customer specs. Responsibilities include detailed PLC development, comprehensive testing, field commissioning, and travel to sites for startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related Engineering field.
• Able to travel 65-75% and on some weekends.
• Hands-on PLC programming, testing, documentation and field start-up.

Responsibilities

• Confer with project managers and customers to discuss project specs and requirements.
• Prepare detailed PLC programs fully annotated to implement project scope.
• Test and document testing procedures and commissioning documents for L1/L2.
• Field commissioning, testing, and travel to job sites for startup activities.
